Departing from Greenwich

Located around 400 metres from the centre of this south-east London district, Greenwich station provides the quickest rail route into central London. You can reach the station by bus, Dockland Light Railway (DLR) or via the Quietway 1 cycle route.

Train services from Greenwich station offer diverse travel options, linking to destinations such as Barnehurst and Rainham. Thameslink and Southeastern are the main operators, providing extensive regional coverage.

Located south-east of the bridge from which it takes its name, London Bridge station is the final stop on the Greenwich to London train. Onward travel within London includes frequent local bus routes, cabs from the taxi ranks outside and the Tube (Northern and Jubilee lines).

Southeastern: Greenwich to London Bridge trains

Enjoy easy journeys from Greenwich to London Bridge with Southeastern. Located around 4 miles (about 6.5 km) apart, a trip by train takes no more than 10 minutes.

The train journey along this route offers views of the Thames River and glimpses of historic sites like the Cutty Sark. As you near London Bridge, the city skyline with its mix of modern and historic architecture comes into view.

Southeastern is a major train operator offering high-speed services to popular destinations like Hastings, Beckenham, and Rochester while serving key London stations such as Victoria, Waterloo East, and Charing Cross.
